As a lawyer, many times you have to hear and share in some incredibly tragic stories. Some days the weight is greater than others, and today was one of those days. At the end of the day, I decided hitting golf balls on the range was the best way to clear my head. I was right.

Well, we did it. We got 18, our youngest, all moved into his room for his first year at college. So bittersweet. Excited for him as the dorm was abuzz with lots of excited young faces. Godspeed, son. We’re officially empty nesters now. Honestly, feeling a little numb. I hope he ate dinner lol.
