✅ ½ dose de Pfizer teve resposta imune similar à dose completa em alguns grupos.
✅ Doses fracionadas ampliam a cobertura vacinal sem comprometer a proteção!
✅ Sinovac como reforço teve resposta inferior às demais opções.
✅ Todas as doses testadas foram seguras e bem toleradas.
