I have autoimmune - autoimmune, especially Addison’s goes by crisis. It’s not in the same term of “mental” crisis which autoimmune teaches, there’s no such thing as. Anything that has to do with health (including mental) is just health. Your body can have a crisis. Stigmatizing “mental” is the issue
