I’ve solved a baking problem and I’m so happy!

I use a Dutch oven to bake my sourdough bread in but I can only fit one in the oven and often have four loaves to bake.

However I discovered Pyrex can be also be used and I have several Pyrex dishes with lids. First bake today and wow.

Next up the bread to go with the marmalade. First bake of the year. Granary, rye and seed sourdough.

So I haven’t really shared this with anyone but I have an accidental new special interest. Isopods. Yup, woodlice, pill bugs, roll polys. Got to love the Audhd. Need lots of new interests but the hyperfixation is real. Anyway, meet one of my new clown isopods.
