Kirk, thank you so much for seeing this so clearly. i strongly believe in the Guild and in union’s right to enforcement. but what they are missing is when they enforce non-rules, they are literally weakening the union. because they are explicitly not allowed to take the position they have taken!

i have it on good authority the Guild did illegal stuff to squeak out their 59 vote victory. completely embarrassing for them, considering they prosecuted me for something that wasn’t against the rules. now we get to see what the Dept of Labor & the NLRB thinks about all this

i didn’t think it was before but now these absolute idiots have come up with a new plan (a second trial against me for antisemitism)

i mean … amazing how all the people they went after and publicly destroyed are people who aren’t famous and don’t have bottomless legal funds. also i don’t think any of the cases are guilty (not just me). the Guild has lost their minds
