I guess no one is saying they are antisemitic

There are enough atrocities against Muslims on the streets of Britain for us to conclude Islamophobia is on the rise too. My ambivalence is rooted in history and the extent to which othering of every kind has been present through the ages.

I’m ambivalent about supporters of Islam being labelled by supporters of Isreal as antisemitic

I’m ambivalent about the notion that being opposed to what Isreal is doing in Gaza is antisemitism.

I must confess to some ambivalence here. If we are saying there is less sympathy for the nation of Isreal then I am sure this is true. That does not mean antisemitism is growing.

Maybe speaker Johnson is in those files.

As I understand it they are ordering officials about without any discussion in council and with no mandate without a vote on the actions they want to take. Elected officials don’t run the executive
