From my friends I see who get even a little bit of fame - if nothing else, the talent means that lots of people would like some of your time. Famous people ration their time out of necessity.

If you stopped supporting Citizens United, we wouldn't have to fight ss hard. CU has funneled enormous dark money to politics.
You wrote an amicus brief. You still support it. It's an enormous conflict of interest, too, since ACLU thrives off the problems CU is central to creating.

I've been in tech over 20 years, and over and over again one thing stays constant: tech-hype-peoples' inability to see 2 years ahead about how their stuff will be irrelevant or outdated or not deliver on promises or all 3. It's like a sea of idiots who never read about thr Gartner Hype Cycle.

But saying that outloud is basically "hey y'all are selfish gits with little foresight or understanding" and that's an even worse P.R. sell of one's goal is to change hearts and minds.
At some point, just gotta say, pragmatically: voters need to be held accountable for the people they voted for.
