In the past five months, I've learned a lot at the Bureau of Land Management, and hope to continue integrating climate science and adaptation into our workflows! I like to say that the BLM is a superuser of climate information and services - we need actionable, decision-relevant information!

It was an honor of a lifetime to advance an important Administration priority on actionable climate services. Together, we built a cohesive and strategic climate services enterprise to ultimately reduce burden on users to find, access, and use climate data, tools, and technical assistance.

The accompanying NCA5 Atlas allows users to visualize and use future temperature and precipitation by county and state! Very cool!

As an author on the Northwest chapter, I'm really proud of the agricultural risk management perspectives I brought. Also so proud of the 300+ authors who spent years on this preeminent source of climate information.

In our roundtable, we heard from practitioners from around the Nation their perspectives on knowledge co-production and technical assistance, and how the fed govt can better bolster efforts across all sectors and scales. Also, it was great to celebrate this accomplishment with colleagues!
