Why do people at the UN and Government think they are not drug users when they regularly use caffeine, ethanol or nicotine?
They've created a drug apartheid that seeks to control, stigmatise & punish users of other drugs - while privileging and protecting their own drug use.

There is absolutely no reason for prohibited psychoactive drug use to be somehow seen differently to state promoted psychoactive drug use.
What you ingest should not be a matter for the police, and all drugs should be properly regulated.

In Wales, UK where indigenous people speak Welsh they have bilingual signage in Welsh and accommodate English.

Agreed the demonisation of 'drugs' was never about concerns about psychoactive drugs.
It's always been & remains, political drive propaganda to control & punish the poor, working class, ethnic minority groups & people of colour - in order to protect power and vested interests.
