Tyler Mahle might be the most fascinating SP on the market: 31-year-old RHP with 86.2 IP, a 2.18 ERA, 4.35 xERA, 66 Ks and a 3.37 FIP. Soft thrower, but the nerds don’t love him; hitters still can’t seem to find the barrel.

I bought mine in 2019, $1100 p/m mortgage is now $1995 p/m… cost of living it’s an albatross. I’m renting it out at a slight loss as I go through chemo, can’t sell because of value, rent would cost the same as mortgage, redundancies no confidence to move back in. Rate cuts delayed by Nazi etc
