The box from my mum’s loft has been opened and it’s a TREASURE TROVE. 15 personally compiled scrapbooks! Annuals, posters, newsletters from the #Neighbours fan club (starring @lucindacowden.bsky.social!). And all these bubblegum cards - couldn’t eat the gum, it wasn’t kosher - bought it anyway!

So incredibly proud of my amazing girl who graduated first class hons today as a paediatric nurse. Already working in a major London hospital and changing lives for the better. She’s an absolute inspiration and it’s a privilege to be her mum!

Last week, I met John Wood at @annefranktrustuk.bsky.social Annual Lunch. John’s late father was one of the liberators of Bergen-Belsen, where my Grandma Suri was incarcerated..

So, today I got up, watched #neighbours and then *ran an event for 600 people where Her Majesty the Queen was GoH*… as you do!! I didn’t get to meet HM but did spend some time with this icon, Emma Barnett, who presented. Today was a total career highlight!! www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/step...

In a now established tradition, I got me and Miley matching jumpers for #Chanukah. She wasn’t impressed but her actual present (supposedly unbreakable Teddy bear) is arriving in a day or two.

Everyone should have an older, wiser friend in their life who looks out for them the way Mel looks out for Holly & Krista. I’m always drawn to these characters, it’s partly why I love Mel so much & why I loved Daphne. Happily, I have been blessed with a friend like this in recent years 🥰#Neighbours

In honour of the return of a Ramsay to Ramsay Street here’s the photo Gary Files AKA Uncle Tom Ramsay sent me in 1988. In hindsight it was VERY strange as a 14 year old to have this as a pin up on my bedroom wall but also quite in character for me 🤣 #Neighbours
