I don't care if a non-disabled person accesses a disability accommodation for the same reason I don't care if a child whose parents are rich gets free lunch at school. We don't need to means test being a kind person. I have better things to do with my time than be a cop over social services.

2) There's an argument that they'll increase mobility independence. You know what else would? More frequent buses, expanding the bike lane network AND making sure it's interconnected, a rail system that doesn't just go to Owings Mills

Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.
