Reflecting on 2024:
Pomodoro for time management and daily workouts kept me focused and centered. I miss my 4-min foam roller supine stretch. It eased nerve pain and felt like a mini meditation. For early 2025, I’m adding 3-5 min of breathwork/meditation before work to see how it impacts my day.
