The biggest, massive quality indie games like Deltarune and Silksong coming out for extremely cheap just sets/keeps the bar at a level where any indie game dev that doesn't have a giant smash hit can barely scrape by.

silksong, honey...... a 80 hour game does not belong in the $20 price category......
us indies with 20 hour games really need that space for healthy expectations...
