Also, queer representation is down right now, in a culture that’s increasingly hostile to us. So we need more stories beyond the pattern of “assimilated queer couple, likely where one dies”. We deserve a wider range of queer lives on screen.

Since, in Loeb’s mind, all of these interstellar objects are alien spaceships — I just have to assume the fundamental building blocks of our Solar System were spaceships

I am happy to see Trek in LEGO, but do wish they went for something easier to do (and cheaper). A bridge set, shuttlecraft, runabout, Bird of Prey, etc…

It’s not just you. I don’t think it’s a good sign when I think their ‘gift with purchase’ (a Type 15 shuttle w/ Ro Laren) looks better than the actual set.
