His effort on the PK when his stick broke was amazing. 100% compete. Been solid in the first 3 games paired with Dobson.

I can’t see a lot of teams making a legitimate 2C available before the season starts. Plus if they are a legitimate 2C then they won’t come cheap. That team likely will want players who can step in immediately to help their team.

Elias has not built a solid organization. Oriole Way used to emphasize fundamentals and playing the game the right way. Preparation and high level execution. Don’t see many O’s ready when they reach the MLB. Struggle at the plate and in the field. And these are high grade draft picks.

Elias was the beneficiary of a plethora of high draft picks. A lot have played with the O’s. See the tools which allow them to play at an mlb level. Coaching and development should advance them to excel. Drafting A but development C. Team s/b performing a lot better at this stage of Elias rebuild.

As a society we should demand justice. What Epstein, Maxwell and other co-conspirators did is horrific and reprehensible. Those that committed rape should also be held to justice. Message should be sent that those will be held to account for their actions.

Short porch in right. Can’t make mistakes against a very hot Rays line-up. I am nervous about him as well.

Have Hage as a prospect but still not definite he will play C at an NHL level. Desnoyers would be a solid add to the prospect pool. Likely out of the Habs reach unless they want to move a core player. Not likely to do that. All for finding a medium term vet to fill the need now.

Rumour is that he has accepted an assistant coaching job in the NHL. Lightening or Islanders were teams mentioned. Hoping he stays but he likely is highly sought after. Habs need another coach on the bench. They should promote him.

Likely will need both goalies for a long playoff run. Primeau had a strong season after being sent to Laval. Part of the reason they finished 1st overall despite injuries. Vincent has the benefit of having 2 solid goalies. Keep both sharp. Start the veteran game 1.
