Regarding the latest SCOTUS ruling—I think a reasonable rule could have been: Primarily, when a high level of evidence suggests patently unconstitutional acts will likely cause irreparable harm not just to litigants but those like them, a nationwide injunction is appropriate. 1/

Again—10 Dems voted for cloture. Only 2 voted for the actual CR, and neither was Schumer. (They were Shaheen (D-NH and King (I-ME).)

He voted against the bill. What he did vote for was cloture, to end debate on the matter.

Against threat, we have the options of fight, flee, freeze, or friend. I should make a flowchart helping suggest which make sense when. Worry folks don’t always think this through all that well.
