Last night I was at Paddington station, watching the Momentum Fitness Charity team kick their world record attempt off.
They are raising money for this amazing charity that works with kids with cancer, both during and after their treatment.

I spent the weekend watching my wife and her team do incredible things at a CrossFit competition, but it was not relaxing at all lol.
Anyway time for me to get in the gym, got some biking to do and some back rehab.
