I have been reading Teddy Roosevelt's book -- *Through the Brazilian Wilderness*. He and his team spent several months exploring a river in the Amazon, either hiking through the jungle or running rapids in dugout canoes. (This is *after* being the US president.) 1/n

Quite likely, Trump went behind Biden's back to negotiate a deal with Russia.

Putin has reneged on the deal.

The executive order regarding LA and water merely directs the Secretary of the Interior to review the water allocation policy within California, particularly with respect to the Delta, just east of San Francisco. The EO doesn't not mention the *non-existent* water pipeline from the PNW.
