I had tickets to see Stereophonic in December but due to a family issue, I had to give my tickets to a friend. Hope to catch it on tour (or even in London if I can afford a theatre trip this year).

I loved @joshgroban.bsky.social as the Russian in the concert version, perfect voice for the role and he showed very impressive range in The Great Comet and Sweeney Todd. Kerry Ellis would be my choice for Florence, a big star on the West End and her albums with Brian May prove she can rock.

I have been dreaming about this since I got the double cassette of the London concept album in 1984. It’s just too epic of a story for the stage, only a movie can flesh out all details, the history and flashbacks, picturesque and exotic locations, etc. It could easily be 2 parts with no filler.

It’s a separate page in the Amazon app. Appears to beta testing currently, but somehow I got it.
