Thousands of foreigners supposedly have enough time and money to get a visa, fly to America, have the baby, get the baby documents, and then fly home? Skeptical.
If it is happening, it's probably rich scum from petrostates and dictatorships who are happy to pay rightists to blame Mexicans.
