Umm no. Knicks dealt Obi to clear cap space for Dante. Then they included Dante in the deal for KAT. Quentin Grimes was dealt for Bojan and Burks.

In fairness to JVG, he’s had the humility to get back into the game as an assistant. I wouldn’t be mad at it since he’s up-to-date on the modern game.

I like this list. But dream state? We just let Kolek, Dadiet and Hukporti get some burn. But overall wouldn’t be mad at any of these. Also add Al Horford to the list.

Agree with you - we will need something … Seems it’ll be tough from a trade perspective until the offseason. Perhaps it can be TJ Warren or another vet via a buyout. They can’t add any salary via trade due to the second apron and Sims, Mitch and second rounders are only trade assets (it seems.)
