I can see that. I’m not particularly married to any term to refer to it but the benefit of market-adjacent terms is they carry important contextual information, so it’s immediately obvious how they function in a way “karma” or “zeepo points” (for some terrible examples) wouldn’t be.

The super simplified version is this: If you make a vertical line at the point (0,1), with left pink and right green, both areas are equal. If you rotate it clockwise until it’s horizontal, the green area is larger than the pink. Therefore, any line between these two points has more green.

The naive approach is with calculus, just finding the area under the curve for both and comparing. But there’s a few solutions that use a lot less calculus, but are a lot more clever.

There’s a couple of ways to solve it without calculus, you just need to be clever :D
