That does happen in Chicago. Then the ICE goons throw flash bangs, tear gas. Shot pepper bullets into bodies, drag as many people into unmarked cars as they can grab, and disappear. They also call in Chicago police to add to the shit show. It’s the worst thing you can never have imagined.
