It's being ran and organised by Jonathon Elmer, a chap I knew from when I helped set up Durham Greens - he's a Cllr and a great chap, @zackpolanski.bsky.social should be proud of him.

The signs for the allotments have been approved and are in print. Hubby dug out a gate to help the kid whose plot was broken into and we're looking at fundraising for fencing, and creating a frog and bird haven.

So Christmas is an odd time for me - it was a very rough time as a kid, and as a n adult it's when my Grandma died. My birthday is when my dad died.
So it can be pretty rough to enjoy either of these things for myself, so I usually just do them for other people.
