Just a little reminder that Books of the Year lists can and should include children's books ❤️

No, that wasn’t me, but I did see you last Tuesday at this park bench, you have a memory like a steel trap. 😂❤️🐶
There are the neighborhood dogs that I encounter in the park who are blatantly coming up to me for pets, and then there are the dogs coming up to me with a vibe of, “Wait, didn’t I see you at the John Mayer concert in Fresno in 2015?” 😂❤️🐶

Begging Silicon Valley to read a book
December 6, 2025 at 10:23 PM
I do this all the time but the bigger problem is that the stack isn’t physically present with me in the bookstore or library.
Considering stacking my to-read books in a pile so that I am faced with the physical manifestation of what I gotta read before I can justify buying new books 😂

For some reason, whenever the Pantone colors come out, I think of this…

When you can’t pick a color so you (by definition of color components) pick them all…

Pantone chooses white 'Cloud Dancer' as its 2026 Color of the Year

www.npr.org/2025/12/04/n...
You read that white: Pantone's 2026 Color of the Year is 'Cloud Dancer'
This is the first time Pantone has chosen a shade of white. The company says it's "a lofty white that serves as a symbol of calming influence in a society rediscovering the value of quiet reflection."

All the people I can think of I would not want to lend any more visibility to.
That’s a new dinner party conversation: Who is someone that you hate so much that, if given the time, energy, and crew, you’d produce a 4-part documentary on them?

Saw this tour in 2007 in Oakland. Best concert of my life not only because Bruce, but because due to the simple fact that I was single I was magically selected to move from nosebleed seats to the mosh pit.
Great album.😂❤️
Found a way to watch #PsakiBriefing while waiting for more Tenn. election results. Sound is off and I'm listening to Bruce's Magic album. The first song:

I may have laughed a little too long after reading this…😂
