The current statistics invalidate what she is saying. As time goes by, the daily amount of missiles fired towards Israel by Iran is diminishing

It seems like their arsenal still has hundreds of missiles but many of the launchers have been destroyed

I couldn't find any news source questioning this

I am not an expert and I have no idea what your budget is but broadly speaking there are a number of devices out there that either measure or influence humidity.

In my case, I got a humidifier that also has a panel showing the current humidity in the room...

Back in Brazil I needed a de-humifier 😅

Humidity

In short: it could be worth checking the humidity. As much as what I was facing was much more psychological than physical... the trigger for me - in many cases - was physical

Buying a humidifier for my bedroom and setting it to 45% helped me a lot

Something close to what I imagine claustrophobia to be though the size of the room didn't matter

Eventually I realised that sleeping in a room with little to no humidity would be a physical trigger to me

And both "heating" (I live in Berlin) as well as A/C (when traveling) can severely affect

I have no idea whether what I am going to share applies to you or not. Since there is some chance it could be helpful, I thought I'd mention it.

I have woken up in the middle of the night with sudden panic attacks and the first symptom that I would notice would be a difficulty in breathing...

It is still curious to see the online battle between "people that do therapy" and the "hustle culture" team.

Hustling could use some therapy.

and

Patients could be a bit less patient.

The balance and integration between these two express itself as a positive impact in our own life and in those around us.

It's transformational. In a healthy way.

When we understand enough of a situation and then act appropriately, some form of success is inevitable!

On the other hand, many of us are too quick to act. Making uninformed decisios and haphazardly taking action.

Consequences are really not thought through. It is easy to observe the impact of this carelessness daily.

Those with excessive tendencies towards "perception" will likely make the mistake of over thinking. "Analysis paralysis" comes to mind

Reading too many books, decades of therapy, talking about problems but not taking action

Master Choa calls this "sterile intelligence" - too much philosophy

In Arhatic Yoga, this virtue is called "Accurate Perception and Correct Expression"

One is about proper observation and interpretation. The other one is about acting accordingly.

It is somewhat inevitable that most of us do not have a perfect balance between the two

Despite many times failing 😅, I evaluate my life with these metrics:

• How much am I doing for my community and those in need?

• Am I investing in my future?

• Could I use my time in a way that is more meaningful to me?

I am blessed with some level of freedom, I might as well use it!
