The hardest battles I've ever fought were between my values and my actions.
Call it cognitive dissonance or hypocrisy, rest assurred I got back what I deserved.
Some lessons were particularly painful yet I am grateful for each one of them.

Life is just so interesting...
every field of human knowledge - from Math to Psychology - offers a different light under which we can interpret the world
and there are so many angles, so many perspectives, and dimensions
and so many opportunities to make a positive difference
It's mind boggling

I wonder how many people were pushed far away from spirituality due to exposure to toxic people in the field
It is a challenge of communication: when all you have seen of spirituality is unhealthy or even toxic, it's just as natural to label the whole thing as snake oil
I don't see an easy way out

There is some level of polarisation between the fans of "understanding" and the fans of "getting things done"
It's the age old dichotomy between "book smarts" and "street smarts" (not exactly but in some ways)
As usual, there needs to be some balance or even integration between these two...

I don't like the concept that "we all have 24 hours".
From a pragmatic angle, it just isn't true.
From a spiritual angle though, it can be a helpful concept.
I will first make it clear why it is problematic and inaccurate, then I will make a point as to why this concept can be helpful.

I am very happy today!
Of course me being me, that's not enough. I had to understand "why" am I feeling happy 😬
I have so many reasons to be grateful...

Semantically speaking, Spiritually feels like "love" to me. It's one of those words that will have different meanings to different people.
My spirituality is not your spirituality, my spirituality today is not my spirituality from yesterday.
