Of greatest clinical relevance, 86% of studies found insight was associated with therapeutic benefit. Notably, the relationship was often stronger than mystical-type experiences, which have received more research attention.

Key takeaways from this first systematic review on psychedelic-catalysed insight: insights are ubiquitous, moderately to strongly correlated with dose, and tend to be rated as genuinely insightful even years after the experience.

Hi Mark. It's been years since I've engaged with Kastrup's work, and I wasn't aware of his association with Chopra until you mentioned it. But his metaphysical stance is unapologetically idealist, and this book delves into topics such as near-death experiences and UFOs...so quackery is not far away.
