What's going on here? It was a trap, and ChatGPT fell for it. The reasoning is obviously wrong. Even a child would have immediately seen that. An intelligent system would have first asked, "why the hell are you asking?"
Q: Is the following reasoning correct? "Socrates is a man. All men are mortal. All mortals are Socrates."
ChatGPT: No, that reasoning is not correct. This commits a logical fallacy known as affirming the consequent or converse error.
