It’s true but was there any real feeling that was likely to lead to silverware? Playoffs is the bar for mediocrity with the number of teams that get in. Bubble teams in MLS are not good teams (see 2025 Rapids).

I cringed way more at this one. Hudson was an awful coach but criticizing the roster building at the time was justified (although he could have been more diplomatic about it). Last night was just embarrassing.
