Brava !! That's so admirable. I speak French fluently, but Spanish verbs are something else. My Spanish does not live in the past or the future. It's present tense only. 😂

I know. We're seeing group & individual cancellations from Canadian & other int'l travelers like never before. 40% of our visitation at Laura Plantation is international. 30% is French-speaking. Not enough is being reported about how Louisiana's tourism & cultural industries are impacted.

Thanks for the sharing the article. I can confirm that international groups & individual travelers have been cancelling trips to Louisiana since mid February. Our cultural heritage tourism sites haven't fully recovered from the pandemic & visitation to historic sites has been generally declining.
