I wish that I didn’t agree with this thread, but sadly I do - particularly the second post. I’d add that the financial crisis in universities is with us now, and I do fear that if nothing is done very, very soon some institutions may go past the point of no return.
Bad decision. Basically limiting exports to placate xenophobes.
