As someone who makes long videos, this is very common. Wait at least a week before trying to assess its performance and try to avoid looking at the stats.

I've considered looking at his work, but I'd like to fit it into a wider context, because there's a whole genre of "respectable" hacks with horrific beliefs and sketchy histories that could use some examination.
