Except for Arizona, they don’t have Daylight Savings Time. Except for the Navajo Nation, partially in Arizona, because they do have Daylight Savings Time. Except for the Hopi Reservation, an enclave in the Navajo Nation. They don’t observe Daylight Savings Time.

I can imagine how a startup with 7 employees cannot afford this, but large companies should see the benefits on hiring and talent retention this kind of decisions make.
