Mostly bike stuff. Ōtautahi Christchurch
No problem, I have been wanting to know the answer as well, this is taking way way too long to get built after being approved.
They did not vote against the Antigua St cycleway part though

Parakiore* typo copied from council doc

Council is now intending to build it to allow completion to align with the opening of Parakiori. Hopefully it actually gets built this time!
Here are some screenshots of the council docs from 10 December.

It is a separate project to Parakiore, but council voted on 10 Dec to add more budget for it and include it in FY26 Annual Plan. Was previously approved way back in May 2022 but was delayed for various reasons, was last scheduled for construction in April 2024. bsky.app/profile/jono...
Anyone know the status of Antigua st cycle project? Construction was expected to start in Sep 2022, was delayed for (cancelled) CERF projects I think. CCC web says now expected to start construction in April/May. Is this still the case?

Why shouldn't issues like pot holes, broken footpaths, smashed pedestrian rails, dumped rubbish, broken street signs, broken next-bus screens etc be reported? Council staff are free to prioritise them or ask for more resources

By default council will not update SSS reporters on progress. You can respond to their "We've received your request" email to choose to "receive updates" but it never seems to work. Definitely a lot of room for improvement in the systems they use

Transporting NZ published a report which "produces evidence to counter the ideology that rail can be a serious competitor to road freight in NZ" they are not who should be asked about the importance of the new ferries being able to take freight trains. www.transporting.nz/press-releas...

I know where some cabbage tree wood is, can you use that?

No idea if it reaches 50%, but it is a large amount for sure. Especially in Chch with our wider roads

I don't know if that part goes to Bishop
