Fantastic day at Leeds Learning Alliance Conference. Enjoyed talking about the need to re-imagine the system and challenge the orthodoxy of a 37 year old market-based school system that forces schools to compete. Lots of talk of reform, but let’s not tinker. Let’s re-imagine.
