My ultimate comfort food has always been Jamaican cuisine—curried goat, spicy beef patties, rice and beans, plantains, jerk chicken, or stewed oxtail, I can never get enough. If you’re ever in Columbus, Ohio, I can’t recommend Jerky’s enough, especially for those late-night cravings.

One of the best things about food is how it lets you share your culture with friends. As a proud Ohio native, nothing feels more like home than a Skyline 3-Way on a cold day. It’s the perfect taste of comfort, warmth, and the simple joys of where I’m from.

If you're ever in Cleveland, you have to check out Zanzibar Soul Fusion. I’ve had shrimp and grits all over the country, and this place rivals NOLA. The staff is incredible, the atmosphere is perfect, and the food is absolutely heavenly. I highly recommend it with all my being!
