Trump is not a magic god-emperor. He's an elected authoritarian trying to take apart a democracy from within. Existing democratic institutions create constraints; the most urgent task now is figuring out how those constraints can best be exploited to foil his power grabs.

Let's not forget all the wraparound specialists, maintenance workers, and custodians he laid off too. He has destroyed so many good schools. And I still want to know who gets all the kickbacks for the stupid adult-sized spins bikes for elementary kids that just sit unused.
