My Facebook account of umpteen years got hacked and deleted a week ago. I’m realizing the reliance on it for stuff like tracking birthdays and staying in touch with people provided a false sense of security about “friendship”. Realizing my circle is super small & sitting with the discomfort

Next year they just need to have the Grammys at a nudist resort. I’m not quite sure some of those dresses count as clothing

Feeling sad. Nursing a beer and reflecting, feeling nostalgic & praying for the best. It’s not my story to tell- except someone I love needs serious healing vibes right now & especially tomorrow. May peace, calm, wisdom, & skill be with his surgical and care team. So mote it be.

I love this so much!

At the inauguration, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson wore a distinctive collar adorned with cowrie shells, which are believed to offer protection from evil in African traditions.

Experimenting with hydroponic gardening since I’m living in an apartment part of the week. Currently sprouting lettuce, kale, and a variety of herbs. Excited to see how this goes because my lettuce and certain herbs bolt & the kale gets eaten by bugs when attempting to grow in the ground.

Clients are expecting me to bring them fun experiences every week - along with learning. I couldn’t pass up this DEER PONG game on clearance - so now have to figure out a clever/relevant way to utilize it. Ha!

These limited edition Tate’s Gingersnaps are the best cookies I’ve ever had. They ooze of butter.

As a neurodivergent person I tend towards jags with food and music. This was super apparent when Spotify showed my 2024 wrap up - basically there was a different Maneskin song on repeat monthly. In 2025, trying to change that to weekly to discover some new artists. Any recommendations?
