Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are poised to invest massively post budget - They have not been targeted, and corporate taxation hasn’t budged (still lowest in the G7 and a race to the bottom).
These American banks at least, probably do love Labour

That’s useful - thanks.
We need to break the monopolies before I’ll pay for streaming again

Because big money gets what big money wants, ever since the days of Reagan

Proof that the world would benefit from having more left handed people 😉

This hierarchy is perfect - Netflix doesn’t fit in anywhere but at the bottom. I’m doing really well with doing without it 😉

I’m inclined to think that they do have a strategy, but it’s a pro-corporate one. They are dishonest
November 29, 2025 at 11:32 AM
It’s nothing more than a calculated attempt at minimalist appeasement, while everything else is pro-corporate business as usual.
It’s dishonest, and they actually are deluded if they think that the electorate can’t see it

The stuff of nightmares to you and me
November 28, 2025 at 12:59 PM
How about someone produces an English flag, but with the headshots of people of different ethnicities in each corner? Let’s put those up and see who takes them down: then we might see who the racists really are, no matter what they are saying or using in their very thin defence right now
November 27, 2025 at 1:37 PM
I would suffer hardship and work an extra ten years just to see our government stand tall and tell the US that we are not going to bend.
Countries need to work together to stand up to this tyranny

I think people now understand that it’s not even just about big oil: it’s about the unscrupulous people who are continuing with investing in fossil fuels.
Those people could choose not to destroy homes, to flood whole communities and even cities, and to burn your house down. But they just don’t stop
November 24, 2025 at 7:46 PM
You don’t mince your words and I’m loving it - I read it three times over 👏🏻👏🏻

A man who has arranged the theft of businesses from people he didn’t like, and for others to be thrown from sixth floor windows. A man who has led invasions against peaceful countries, and who has arranged for the murders of people on foreign soil.
But other than that, yeah, what a great guy 😬
November 24, 2025 at 7:22 PM
And in the UK we have the Reform Party under Nigel Farage talking about their version of DOGE, and how they will save millions.
Except that, now that they have won a few local elections and have control of budgets, they have been unable to find any savings…
Stupidity, ignorance or lies, or all three
November 24, 2025 at 5:03 PM
What Labour values are those?
That’s right - doing whatever the donors say since 1979
November 24, 2025 at 4:20 PM
A fine of a size that’s proportionate to their wealth/income would sort this out. We need to start dealing with these things in a more meaningful way
November 24, 2025 at 3:54 PM
They need to learn that their continued support for and protection of the super rich is very visible to the public. Party donations don’t wipe out the truth
November 24, 2025 at 12:51 PM
Isn’t this what Trump meant: That the NHS had to be on the table if the UK wanted a trade deal?
If we go against him then he’ll potentially put bigger tariffs on our exports to the US, but it’s about time the UK stopped pandering to his whims and at the same time just be honest to the people.
November 24, 2025 at 12:44 PM
Isn’t it Trump’s body that is more like an amusement park? 🤭

Membership is beginning to snowball because people have been witnessing the transition of a party with an outside chance, to one that is now a serious contender. You are giving people more than just hope: you are giving them a plan that they can get behind
November 23, 2025 at 5:30 PM
We need to shut down all tax havens: Give them nowhere to run when we go after them to get our money back.
This needs enough countries on our side to globally support this, so I can understand the importance of campaigning in every country for political change. There will be a tipping point
November 23, 2025 at 12:09 PM
More debt is the last thing anybody needs.
The days of the Labour Party will come to an end, just like the Tories did, unless they start listening to their voters. Or maybe that ship has already sailed…

Is Nathan Gill named in the Russia report? Maybe one day we’ll find out
November 21, 2025 at 3:56 PM
Let them eat an idea?
November 21, 2025 at 3:46 PM
Could the Russia report be released unredacted if Greens win the next election?
Something tells me that the right wing media machinery would turn all knobs up to 11 to drown out and kill any threat
