Don’t fight the feeling! Instead, close your eyes, accept that claustrophobia is a natural response to being enclosed, and give the feeling time to run its course and dissipate.
I’ve been scanned 20+ times, and this approach helps me. The feeling usually fades after a minute or less. Good luck :)

Well actually that was more of a hierarchical regression, clearly showing the statistical significance of Brutus (then fall, Caesar!) after controlling for the influence of the other senators wait what are we talking about?
