Does social media monitoring still exist at national media titles? Below are excerpts from emails that I’ve sent in complaints to
@heraldscotland.bsky.social and @dailyrecord.co.uk, but they’re not the only culprits.
Their FB pages in particular are rife with racist, bigoted and violent comments.
