There is just one small problem: the ".NET Wasm Diagnostics" tool window has no icon, which means I cannot change it (I can apply a workaround, but that sucks). Up-voting youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RIDER-... would help.

I understand that you're moving to a more frequent release cycle, but this means:
- more plugin updates = more IDE restarts, which is annoying
- more IDE updates = more IDE restarts and reindexing, which is even more frustrating

I think we definitively need more stability.

We faced a similar problem with IntelliJ 2025.1.4. This version has been unpublished because it was affected by a blocker issue, but some users already migrated their IDE. Again, you have to read Twitter/Bluesky.

I'm wondering if, instead of removing the incompatible Java plugin update, you may prefer to republish the last stable version (252.23892.409) with a higher version number? People who don't read Twitter/Bluesky are not aware of this and they may still be affected by this issue.

3/3 Finally, providing your "idea.log" file would help, as these errors are not easy to reproduce: some users are always affected, others not (unfortunately, I'm one of them). JetBrains needs these log files.

JetBrains no longer allow setting a price below $1/month. At least for existing plugins. Weird. I'm still discussing with their support...

I'm saying that because I have a Pro subscription (All Products Packs), and I started to play with it. Junie consumes credits extremely quickly. Actually, I spent all my credits in 4 days only 😆

I cannot say for Eclipse, but NetBeans was a great IDE, and its community was very involved and listened to (In my case, I was a member of the official plugins verifiers team, a fantastic experience). It's Oracle that killed NetBeans, nobody else. And Apache is its cemetery.

You didn't win, you're temporarily ahead. This can change quickly.
You're imitating VScode's UI, you spent so much energy to promote poor AI assistants, and you have major communication problems with your community (the dialogue is mainly one-way).
I sincerely hope you'll do something about it.

Tu tentes la nouvelle UI mais tu en as marre de devoir taper sur le menu burger pour voir le menu principal ?
IntelliJ 2025.1 permet de fusionner la toolbar du haut avec le menu principal (Windows et Linux seulement). Voir capture d'écran.
