EVs are falling in price as the technology improves and the lithium price falls. So hopefully the subsidy axe will only be a blip. As long as the black cabs have access to bus lanes and taxi stands they will continue. Yes The Knowledge needs to change, spotting drugged clients not just human satnavs

I'm not greatly surprised. Davey lead the lib dems through a general election with an effective but "presidential" campaign. Badenoch became Tory leader after the GE. Yes she has been in her job for a few uninspiring months, but now is not the time to talk politics to those least interested in it.

As the person who tries to stay on top of calvary/cavalry and causality/casualty errors on Wikipedia, I hope this means a serious expansion in the US department of education is on the way.

Democrats told people that the economy was doing well, despite people on minimum wage experiencing static incomes and rising prices. Trump may be no better, he may well be worse, but if the Dems want to get back into power again, they need to be more like Bernie.

If you report that "undocumented feature" to the UK's information commissioner I suspect that Google will have to fix it. At least that specific incident, not the generic one of American IT giants thinking of Privacy as a past tense thing.

If I'd had to guess, I'd have said that was a nineteenth century painting from the Arts and Crafts movement. Maybe from William Morris himself. Fashion is cyclical.

How could they have rigged it? Told the Traitors that the last Faithful playing would be murdered. Then when they were asked how round 2 went Mynah and Linda would contradict each other.

The Scientology kerfuffle peaked circa 2009 -2012. Gamergate was 2014. China is ongoing with Wikipedia still blocked there. Doubt if this attack on Wikipedia will be as serious. Musk and Trump don't have experience of dealing with a global community of mostly retired volunteers, on our own turf.

Could he have met under the Islamic calendar? It is now 1446 in the Islamic calendar, and even with the Covid vaccines I doubt many of us will live another 579 years.
