Here's some news you already knew. The 8x zoom on the Pro is incredible. 1x vs 8x on the Southbank, London facing the MI5 building.
For those keeping track, I've sent back the Air and got the Pro. Mainly for something I wasn't expecting: it's too long and wide. Not so easy in the hand as a result.

New episode of First, Last, Everything with my old pal, Futurama co-creator David X. Cohen, is out! David is a very funny nerd, and I loved hearing about his experiences with arcade games and the Apple II in the ‘80s, plus sillier things.

I'll have more in my watchOS 26 for @macstories.net next week but, as I feared, Sleep Score is a bit of bust. You get a score but no clue of what to do with it other than maybe 'get more sleep'. Compare it to the excellent version in Athlytic, where I can track sleep debt, a much more actionable met

So watchOS 26 was doing so well with its Liquid Glass rollout. Looked nice, legibility was solid. Then beta 5 came out. 😬
