Gah! It’s so frustrating. I volunteered for an Aquarium that was getting their educational resources funded by a fuel company, but the company wouldn’t fund online resources, only print. And the brand had to be on the front cover. 🤮 Still frustrated by that, and see it all over now.

I also love that marbled newts, an otherwise very small and low to the ground animal, also apparently clues in the night sky to find their breeding ponds. link.springer.com/article/10.1...

I’m not sure if you want to consider how many coals and marine species use the moon phases to spawn. It is related to tides, but that is under the moon’s control, so might count for you.
