Bad day lads: the one every dog owner dreads. She’d had a good, long and happy life, but was absolutely ready to go: she passed peacefully and quickly.

Her name was Juno; she did anuncanny impersonation of a streak of lightning. She was cheeky, loved and loved us back and we’ll miss her terribly.

Planning on sitting out in the back garden after work with a book, and seeing as this popped through the door today, @tobyhadoke.bsky.social’s first Quatermass magnum opus is an easy choice to relax with.

The first page of the comic strip The Fantastic Adventures of Adam Ant, showing the titular pop star lost and wandering around a mystical landscape. Tbh, my default reaction to any news involving Trump’s pet billionaire is this panel from All-Star Superman.
Superman stands over the fallen form of Lex Luthor, saying ‘you could have saved the world years ago if it mattered to you, Luthor’. Any parallels I might seem to be making to Musk are entirely intentional.
