You think it’s an odd take to say the defense that allowed more points could have done more to stop the opposing offense? Or that if the quarterback whose team scored more points had played better they would have scored more points?

There were definitely instances of that, but there were also instances of time to throw and missing them. I think it’s definitely an interesting take to argue that Seattle would win if Stafford played better though, as he played well enough to win with a poor performance

Stafford had his worst game of the season and missed a ton of throws. Seattle played fine defense but if both quarterbacks play better this game still isn’t close
