I guess I will have to export the apk, uninstall the app, install it via adb, login and then upgrade again just to continue using something I could for weeks now. Sometimes I hate myself xD.

As I was logged in with my custom PDS, I did not believe you and tried to relog. It did not work and now I am locked out xD. I thought I can just downgrade, login and upgrade the app to get back in, but because of Google Play Services and me being from Germany, using a downgraded version is blocked.

You could do this with atproto.at. If you open your follow collection and press "load more" until you have all your follows loaded, you can switch to the "raw" tab and copy the JSON. There everything under "subject" is a user you follow, found at bsky.app/profile/did:...:...

What is meant by "you have the right to leave" in the original post is not to delete your account. ATProto was built in a way where you can always migrate to another server with different moderation and ethics, without loosing your account, followers, etc.

Naja, es gibt z. B. Plattformen wie stream.place, anisota.net, skytube.video, skylight.social und blebbit.app, alternative Clients wie deck.blue oder Blueboost, und auch Spiele wie skyrdle.com. Und es gibt auch Leute wie mich, die ihre Daten auf einem eigenen PDS hostes. Also es gibt da schon was :)
